Our goal is for you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase from Garçon Model. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied or wish to exchange it for a different color, size or style, you can do so by returning the item within 30 days of the purchase date. All products must be in their original condition and include all tags.



You may cancel any Garçon Model order as long as the order status is "in process." If order status is "shipped," it cannot be canceled. Please email or call 1-604-773-9765 to determine order status; to cancel it, please have your order number ready.


Returns made to a credit card can only be returned to the card used for the original purchase. Due to varying bank policies, please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear.



Garçon Model will accept returns and exchanges on most items within 21 days of shipping. Refunds are applicable to the goods only. Exchanges are subject to re-shipping charges. Taxes paid are refunded but shipping is not.

Items must arrive back to Garçon Model in the same condition in which they were sent: new, unworn and not washed, and in the original packaging.

*** Very Important: in order for it to be accepted write "Returned Goods" on outside of package. Send package by regular mail (NOT courrier).


  • Returned items lost in transit will not be compensated for.
  • Your shipment must be sent prepaid. We do not accept C.O.D. deliveries.
  • All exchanges are subject to availability.
  • Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment unless a merchandise credit is requested.
  • Due to health concerns, items that have been opened and/or tried on are not eligible for exchange or refund.
  • If your item(s) was purchased from one of our reseller stores, it will need to be exchanged or returned to that specific location.
  • Unclaimed packages due to Customs fees and taxes may be sent back to us. If your order is sent back and received, we will issue you a credit minus the cost of shipping for sending and receiving.
